Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee product quality across sampling, production, and pre-shipment stages for decorative home textile exports. The role requires strong process discipline, documentation capability, and coordination with merchandising, production, and buyer QA teams.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct inline and final inspections for home textile products (cushions, table linen, curtains, throws, kitchen textiles, etc.).

Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, approved samples, workmanship standards, and packaging norms.

Monitor production quality parameters, identify defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain audit records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.

Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and factory teams for approvals and quality alignment.

Support internal audits, pre-shipment inspections, and third-party QA processes.

Ensure adherence to export compliance standards, labeling norms, and shipment quality requirements.
Candidate Requirements

4–5 years’ experience in QA/quality inspection within a home textile export house.

Strong understanding of fabrics, stitching, printing, embroidery, trims, and finishing standards.

Familiarity with AQL, inline inspection protocols, and final inspection processes.

Ability to interpret buyer tech packs, quality manuals, and product specifications.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working cross-functionally with production and merchandising teams.

Good written and spoken English; ability to prepare professional inspection reports.

Computer literate (Excel, documentation, reporting).
Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Textiles, Garment Technology, or Quality Management.

Exposure to international buyer requirements and export documentation.

Experience handling third-party inspections and factory audits.
